The hub is based in the GTA. Not every piece is made in Canada. Lead times are estimates, not a promise. Read this before you brief a run.

01 · ORIGIN

Not everything is made in Canada.

MUIL is a Greater Toronto Area hub. We brief, design, spec, and quality-check from here. Some garments, print, and creative work are produced locally. Some are not.

We work with partners overseas to fulfil more complicated products — specialized jewelry production, certain CAD-to-cast pieces, complex multi-process goods, and jobs that need equipment or capacity we do not keep on the floor. Where a job is made depends on the product, the materials, and the finish you ask for.

02 · TIME

Times vary. Plan for 10–30 days.

Average time for a job is anywhere from 10 to 30 days, depending on the size and complexity of the work. In some cases it takes longer — large quantities, overseas fulfilment, custom jewelry, reprints after a change, or delayed approvals.

A date is locked only after the system is approved (files, placement, materials, method). Shipping, customs, material delays, and revision rounds sit outside that clock. Rush is sometimes possible. It is never assumed.

03 · PROOFS

The clock starts when you say yes.

Mockups and proofs exist so you can change your mind while it is still cheap. Time spent waiting on an approval is not production time. A change after the press, the stitch, or the caster is a new job.

04 · ESTIMATES

Quotes are not a contract until written
Prices, dates, and methods on this site or in an early brief are estimates. Final quantities, blanks, finishes, and partner capacity can move both cost and calendar. We will tell you origin and timing on the job itself, in writing, before we start.
